Probably because most dealers won’t fix/replace anything until it actually breaks.

I do not think the term "proactive" is in MV's vocabulary.

I took my f3 675 to my dealer for a tank warranty. They went ahead and swapped out the throttle spring and sprag just because there were known issues. Going to pick it up tomorrow. Some dealers are proactive.

My dealer was very proactive about replacing the known sprag clutch issue.

My dealer was also very proactive on replacing the sprag. I think the U.S. seems to have a better dealership network than most.

They would have replaced it, but what's the difference? Takes the same amount of time, and now it's winter. Screw being without the bike in the summer, unless I have to be.
