B# Dragster RR Throttle Lag

Hi All,
Has anybody who has Throttle lag had the problem fixed. If so what was done to fix it. Mine has some, enough to annoy me and its headed into the shop today to get it checked.

What happens with throttle lag? -> You take off at lights and acceleration is really slow then it all dumps at once. Can be any gear at any speed. Most common in 1st gear taking off.

Graham

Cheers

You need a new throttle. Its a known problem. I had mine replaced. Big difference.

Mine was doing the same thing though inconsistently. I had the traction control on 8 since I bought the bike and finally started playing with it after riding for a few months and when I set it below 6, the problem went away and has never returned.

Well that's a lot easier than replacing the throttle. I only have mine on 1 or 2 though.

Had my throttle replaced and its about 25% of what it was so its better. BUT it should be zero. Will try the traction control and see if thats the bug bear.

New Site Garage
Hi team, my Dragster RR with 300 kms on the clock has done this around four or five times in 1st/ 2nd with traction control on 8.
I'll speak to dealer on 1st service and set TC to 5 as you guys have done for the time being to see it goes away.

Cheers for your info,

Jon B
