Exhaust Valve Error. STOP ENG

Hi Guys

This morning during a ride, suddently the dash come out a warning 'Mulfunction'.

After a while a next warning which is Exhaust Valve error.

Anybody have any ideas...or happen to faced similar error...bike feels sluggish.

Appreciate some help on this...

Sounds like the exhaust flap valve in your tail pipe is failed closed.

i've had mine jam before and it brings up that error code , my way out was to remove the the servo and fit an aprillia blanking plug ,or you could take off the servo wires free up the spindle then replace the wires that's what I did initially , either way sorts it

Is it the valve below the left footpeg

Is the valve only on the 675 or does the 800 have it too?

I have had the same problem recently. Lubricated the hell out of the valve and cables without any luck. Took it the service agent who charged me $120 and did nothing except tell me it was fixed. Same fault 10 minutes down the road. So I decided to take things into my own hands and GOOGLED it. Just buy a Heal Tech exhaust valve eliminator specifically for the F3 and remove the whole useless setup. Think it was from Sportbike Track Gear in the US.
