Have a look at my pics in registry my F4 is a 1+1, wanted a sleeker look so sourced a mono seat unit. Fits perfect everything lines up, even came with the 'suede' seat and light units, I put the mesh in from emoto!

How difficult is it to swap out? I'd like to do get a mono just to protect the biposto seat from the elements when not in use.

Takes about 2 minutes.
Flip seat up.
Take out two plastic clips at front hinge (no tools).
Unclip rear light cable.
Take off and reverse procedure.
This is assuming you get all the hinge and lock clips (cheap), it's own seat, and tail light.

I do this for track days. simple, no tools at all!
