Only 1800 miles in 4 months since new ( too busy to ride much plus I have another bike) but apart from the usual overheating issues, remedied by Muzzy blades and Watter Wetter, not one problem. Frankly, even when I can't ride I get such a kick just detailing the damn thing! Stunning workmanship.

My MV F4R is from june 2006, and I am a really happy rider. I am absolutely in love with my bike. Overheating issues? no way. Happy issues.

I am the original owner of a 2000 Strada model, and have had no issues at all with it except wanting to ride it every chance I can...

7700 miles and counting....

Smile no probs

When I finally got my hands on my F4 recently after working away it died - the flat battery was entirely my fault. Now my whole family are aware of their responsibilitiy to maintain the bike on trickle charge when I am not here. Apart from that it has done 1400 miles since March and problems have been zero.

I have been following with great interest the issues that have appeared for other people, but I am glad to say I am as happy now with my 1000R as I was on day 1.

A noisy cam chain on my zx7r was fixed at 10,000 mile service.

The F4 750 is just getting a bit noisy now when cold. Its on 7100 miles and going in for another service real soon so that won't be a problem either.

Ive done 4500 miles in 14 months since i bought it and its been THE most reliable bike i've ever had. Other people still think its a time bomb and can't believe I once rode 180 miles to a trackday, then 180 miles back but that's their problem

Mine seems to be doing well. I try to pet it on the tank at times and say "good, bike. gooood bike." and then I look over at my yamaha and say, "Oh, uh, you, too."

I figure my yamaha must be planning to explode out of jealousy.

Time is a delusion. Lunchtime doubly so.

With 2300 miles since mid August purchase, my only problem is not enough twisty roads to ride close to home. The weather will be nice again this weekend. North Georgia mountains, here I come.

I used to be I just dream about it.
