question about mv rear brake caliper, and carbon fiber rapair

hi guys, 2 questions

will a rear brake caliper (stock brembo) off of a ducati 748 fit on a 05 f4-1000?

second my rear hugger is carbon from emoto, and has a chip in the epoxy resin coating from a rock im guessing. what could i use to fill in that chip, will epoxy glue work? or should i find epoxy resin and fill it in with that, im going to be painting the rear hugger to replicate the one that emoto is selling thats why i need to fill in that chipped spot, or should i just use bondo or fiberglass resin, any suggestions would help, thanx
