Where is the cat on the F4 750?

I know on the F4 1000 you can see it without removing the bodywork but I can't seem to locate it on my 750...I haven't stripped the plastic off yet but I thought I would ask anyway.

I thought I sawe a thread that said there is no cat in the 750 mid pipe...that's not right is it??

It's right before the midpipe breaks into the rear exhaust. Kind of a band a bit larger than the rest of the pipe

I also thought the 750 does not have a cat. I didn't understand how something like this could pass emissions without a cat, but that's what everyone said when I asked this months ago.

No cat on the 750.

What a beast of a motorcycle!
It growls and rages and flies across the tarmac like a wild animal that has escaped the confinement of a cage and after merely waiting restlessly until the release, will not endure being locked up ever again.

cats weren't required until 2006 on US models I believe. But maybe on the California model before then?

I never heard of a Cat at the F4 750. I believe MV has Cat's since the European Emission law has changed in 2006. So I guess even the first F4 1000 didn't had a Cat.

Many fuel-injected vehicles didn't need cats until very recently.

When a passenger of the foot moves in sight, tootle the horn trumpet melodiously to him at first. If he still obstacles your passage, tootle him with vigor and express by word of mouth the warning, "Hi, hi."
