F4 front brake help.....
Looking to get some info on available upgrades to front brake system. 06 F4 1000+1. Thing dont stop worth a damn. Any suggestions, thanks for the help..

Yeah sell the thing and buy a 1098 lol. Nah buy some double sintered pads they help a lot.

Bled properly, they're some of the best brakes for the road.

Welcome to the forum, I felt that way about the brakes on my S when I first got it; I now love the feel of the nissins...as mentioned a bleed and/or some HH sintered pads....heres a thread where this is dicussed.

I would have to agree with Rockethouse. I hated these brakes at first. But I now love them and think they are the greatest thing since sliced bread.

There are lots of options to upgrade...
+ better pads
+ new master cylinder
+ radial caliper with converted fork bottom
+ race brakes with new/compatible fork
I've opted for race brakes all the way around. Will certainly be overkill. I had to make a hard stop today and found myslef doing a bit of a stoppy without getting on it much...
