312 VS R on the Dyno

Anyone got the numbers? Forgive me if this has already been hit, but I haven't seen it.

No, I just didn't know about the 312 when I bought the R, and want to know how much difference it is. I was hoping the 312 was going to cost like 5k more so i wouldn't feel too bad, as if you can feel bad getting an MV, lol.

just heading out the door for a race this weekend but i'll post up our 06 and 07 race bikes graphs on tuesday.

suffice to say the 312 is massivley better in terms of power but it has come at a price in the lower end torque stakes.

for racing and track days the 312 is awesome, as a road bike hmmmmmmmmmmmm might be a bit too much work to ride easily. i'll let you lot be the judge

Massively more top end power than an R! That's a scary thought.

It's only 2 grand more than the R and 10 more horses... Does it make that much differnce on top end. But it comes with Dunlopes not Perrlies...

my R with rg3's race ecu and decat pipe made 167 bhp so a r312 with a full system and better cams would make that no doubt

'Suppose that's about right.

312's got new cams and the race bike's gonna breath through a open system...
