Or should I e trying to get them to though in the first service or something?

I was out the door with $27K (cashier's check) for my R312. I asked them if they would take a CC (for miles) and they said yes so I asked them if they would take 3% off if I paid with cash and they did.

I think it is going to be as good as you are going to get. I just picked up a 06 for $15,500 plus tax and can tell you you won't look back. Buy it now you will love it.

Everyone's situation is different. What market you buy the bike in, inventory levels, if you are a repeat customer of the dlrship, etc. There is no good and bad only what you can negotiate.

i have the most bargaining power possible at my dealer
for all the OBVIOUS reasons....
but, since the profit margin on bikes is SO LOW right now..... (the WEAK WEAK DOLLAR)
i'd be SHOCKED if i could get the bike for less than $24,500.00
