MV Support

I am leaning towards a new F4. I was on the fence between that and an 1199, but the F4 just speaks to me more and seems that you get more for the money. My only concern is dealer support. My local dealer in Portland is giving up on MV. Apparently MV is difficult to get parts from if needed. Not a slam at all on the dealer, they are one of the best I have dealt with. Just looking for some feedback/advice.

2013 F4.

If I were dragged kicking and screaming into a bike dealer and had to buy something brand new it would be the F4 RR. The 4cyl in the MV is a much better engine out of the two. The Ducati's chassis and frame though is pretty cutting edge but the engine leaves me cold.

That would be a bit of a problem though with the warranty. New MV's are not know for being without their teething problems. If you were somewhat flexible and understood that you might be without your F4 waiting on parts I would go for it.

I get the feeling your leaning towards the Italians. Aprilia's RSV4 factory is a nice machine. And then there's the ugly and German S1000RR. It's faster than the F4 too.
