2010 headlight homologation question

Does anybody know, if the headlight of the F4 2010 somehow allowed in Germany (and maybe other EU countries)?

It is classified as a xenon HID arrangement and xenon lights are not allowed on motorbikes in Germany (exception is BMW).

Does anybody know how to react, if I am stopped by the police?

Thank's!
P

For MV to sell the bike they have to get it passed by the Authorities anyway, I do not see how anybody can give you any problems for that man.

the bike should pass all regulations in order to be sold.

according to my information, it is only not allowed to upgrade
to a xenon light. if it is the standard light as for the BMW and
the MV +2010 there is no problem at all.

Thank you for your thoughts. It may really be that only ugrades are not allowed and old press articels were stating here, that the BMW is the only one with the permission to have Xenon....

Wink is is OK?

to be sold in Germany, it has to have TUV certification (sorry, no umlaut on my keyboard for the 'U')
if they sold it, its legal......as for after market stuff it still has to have the certification
