Letter of Compliance

Does any one here know who I should contact for a letter of compliance so I can bring my bike back to the states and get it registered?

You mean a COC (Certificate Of Conformity)?
I think any MV importer should be able to get you one. Even an MV dealer can get you one.

MV in Italy will provide one if you ask politely and persistantly. Its a good idea to locate and send them the specific format required for the letter so there is no issues when you present it.

MV in the US will probably be reluctant to help you with a bike that they did not import.
