TIRES....yes I searched

I am going to get my first set of tires for my MV> I was always a fan of Metzlers, what do you guys recommend?

Interact Racetec K1/K2 combo by Metzeler. Pretty good wear for a track oriented tyre.

Also, if youre not actively racing, the Pilot Road 3. I have a friend that is a Michelin dealer and he says these are the hot setup, if you got the coin for them!

Arn't the pilot Road series more towards a sporty touring tyre?

It really depends on what you want to do with your MV. Personally I only ride mine 1-2 times a month if that!! On dry days only - so my choice was simple.

Yeah Diablo Rosso Corsa would be my second choice.

I had Pilot Powers 2CTs and I use to be able to spin them driving out of tight bends, can't do that with the Racetec.

I think the Metzelers are not popular in the States is because they are hard to come by.
