Info on '08 F4 R312

Hi folks,
I have an opportunity to buy this bike with low mileage (less than 1k miles) I would just like your input as far as known issues with this model year. The bike is bone stock. I've been riding Ducs for many years and this will be my first MV if I go through with it.

Thanks in advance for your input.

Mine split it's radiator in the upper left corner twice on it's original radiator. I replaced that and that one wet itself too. So I purchased an aftermarket Febur radiator for it and it's been fine since then.
On each occasion that it split it was either at a track day, on the way home from a track day or riding quite quickly on the open road.

Trust me I know all about Italian bikes, I've had Ducs for years. You get the good with the bad.

They tend to run hot if not moving. There is a factory upgrade water pump impeller and cover. And replacing the exhaust system to get rid of the catalytic converter helps lower temps a bunch! Great bike!
