Suspension settings

Hi all, new to forum so apologies if i missed a link to answer this. I have an F4 1000R 2009 and will only be using it on track.....are there some guidelines as to basic suspension settings for this type of pre load, compression, fork height, rear seat height etc. thx Pete

if you are patient, read through this thread:

the short summary (i also follow this advice):

follow the F4 manual concerning ride height and static sag.
get yourself a ride height measurement tool for properly
adjusting it. i have started with the compression and rebound
settings according to the manual for track use, and slightly
modified them. but in general, it is my impression that it is
a very good starting point.

i am 68 kg so rather on the light side, like the "standard"
italian guy.
