Exhaust prices needed.

Hello,

I am getting ready to order a 2007 F41000R and wanted to order an exhaust with it. I usually like to stay with factory performance parts for my bikes.

When I asked for the price of the RG3 exhaust (MV-RG3) and Central exhaust manifold (MV-CMAN) my dealer told me that the 2007 pricing for accessories was not out yet. Can anyone confirm this? If anyone knows the pricing on these two items for the US would you please share them?

Thanks in advance,

I recently bought my RG3 exhaust and midpipe. Exhaust is about $1,600 including chip and midpipe a little under $500.

Thanks. Was this from a US MV Agusta dealer and is that retail?

Congrats for finally getting it, Chad

I don't know, but it seems to me that what your dealer told you is BS.

Anyway check MV itself for pricing http://www.mvagusta-sp.it/elencouk.h...cat=10&val=USD
and emoto, of course http://www.emotouk.com/mvagusta/f4exhausts.htm

Thanks, I can't wait. I will have to wait until the end of next month to officially place my order because of a job change. The change is a good thing because I will be working closer to home and I will be making more money "The important aspect". The cool thing about the new job is that I will be able to finally ride my bike to work again. I usually do not ride into work because my current route takes me on a few crazy highways.

Anyway, my dealer told me that he can usually have an in stock bike at the dealership in about 10 days. So that means I should see my bike around the middle of November if everything goes as planned. I was actually going to wait until spring to purchase the bike but I recently decided not to wait that long and risk taking the chance of them selling out. I told the misses that the exhaust can be my Christmas gift and the bike will be my Christmas gift to myself. Oh, god I wonder what I have to buy her this Christmas.

MV-999R, you are right I think. Heck, my dealer did not even know the MSRP of the bike. He had to look up the price on the price sheet he just recieved a few weeks ago from Cagiva. He gave me a print out so at least I can hold them to the right price. My hopes are to get the bike out the door for MSRP with free setup and installation of the exhaust. We'll see how that works out.

Anyway, it seems that ~$1600 and ~$465 are retail for the parts I need.

Thanks again all. I will be sure to post pictures as soon as I get her home.

Cheers,

Correction. The RG3 for the F41000R is $1,740.00 according to MV Agusta's site. I wonder what the difference is?

I purchased my exhaust from an MV dealer in Arizona recomended by some members of this forum. The midpipe I purchased locally from the dealer in San Francisco. They gave me a 10% discount because I bought my bike from them. I'm sure you can get the discount from them too in the same situation.

Did you calculate exchange for the euro price listed? It's not always based on straight exchange for us the the USA

Let me guess this is a dealer only install as well. Do you have the RG3 on your R? If so, did you do the mid pipe as well?
