How long have you had your 2010 F4 and how do you like it so far?

Regrettably, I need to wait until end of this year or early next - so I need to live vicariously through you.

1050 miles! Love it. I'm much more confident on it than my 1098 Duc, don't know why. Only real complaint is the seat hurts my arse.

+1 on the seat needing extra padding thats round. I only sat on one for 2 minutes and it was not comfy at all. I could only imagine going on a long ride.

Thank you. I felt more confident on that demo MV than my 1198 when I rode it last week too. The roads in the video were the same I take my 1198 and old MV on.

I was wondering if the added confidence was due to the larger front fork?

That's an unexpected question Allan; what brought it on?

Well, I'm feeling a bit inadequate with my 1198's tiny fork. I mean, sure, it's got these two really big pistons but that fork is just so....small.

Seriously, I was always happy with the feel of the 1198 (light weight and very agile). Then, I test rode the new MV and it was ALMOST as light and agile as the 1198 but had all the stability my old, heavy F4S had. So, I was wondering if that may be due to the larger front fork? Or, maybe it's the wheelbases and taller seat height? I didn't check the specs but was thinking there's a longer wheelbase for more stability but a higher center of gravity for more agility? I guess to rephrase the question, what make the new MV so stable and yet so agile?
