New Guy Comment

Am I out of line to say that with '08/'09 F4's as well as the 2010, I got the best from MV with my '07 F4? I dislike very much the fact I have nissin resevoir covers. I want my baby to be purebred Italian!

You live more in 5 minutes on a bike like this, going

How do you feel about the Sachs shock? Or the Hella relays?

You can easily change the reservoir covers and calipers.

If the F4 was as good as an M1 Yamaha, I'd say you have a good point. Fact of the matter is that there are quality parts and designers from all over the world. As Carl says above, you can change those parts.

Guess I should of listed all of the Japanese parts on my specific model. My point not well made, i see. I was trying to state the confusion and appareant annual parts changes going on with MV. Also, Castle, Ive never ridden am M1 and never will. Their nice bikes but my only interest is Italian, and what they have been and still represent. As far as manufacturing, I am sure we all use a Chinese made something or other. When the laborer only makes 300 US a month, I dont think there can be much passion to it, other that survival. Yes, every country can produce parts well. Not the point. Up until Ducati put Japanese carbureators on their bikes in the late 80"s, everything was made in Italy.

Thanks and welcome to the forum. Regardless of what you ride, I'm sure you are very proud of your son. Level headed guy, mature beyond his years, at least that's my opinion.
