Touchup

I know this has bee discussed previously a few years ago and there seemed to be no conclusion, but is there any where I can get silver touch up paint. I only need a small amount for paint chips to the front mudguard. Unfortunately the silver appears to have been applied over the red as each chip show up red and stands out. CAn you get touch ups from dealers?

Cheers
Tont
