F41000 Reserve mileage

I don't have my manual with me (work) but I need to get about 15 miles to a gas station. My reserve light just came on about 5 miles ago. There may be a little traffic but I think I can make it, right?

Also, what range have you guys been getting on the streets (city/highway) on an F41000?

Thank you. If the 1000's reserve tank is the same as the 750s, it's 4 liter which is about 1 gallon. That's a 15 mile margin of error.

Once the light comes on I usually can get another 30 miles no problem.

I would concur with that. 30 miles, perhaps a touch more if you are careful with the throttle.

Thank you. I this is the gas I got from purchase. I hit only 90 miles. I wasn't expecting it to come on until around 110 or so.

When I was running the bike in I used to see about 145miles before the light came on, RG3 Power commander and a heavy right hand reduce that to between 110-125 miles these days, a few times the light has come on miles from anywhere and taking it easy the bike has covered 35 miles, thats with keeping the throttle light and about 65-70mph

I forgot to mention, my reserve light comes on around 120 miles or a bit more. I think reserve is just over 1 gallon according to the owner's manual. This is riding 80 mph or so on back country roads with lots of curves, not straight-line (gasp!) freeway cruising.
