Question about 2000 f4 seat unit

hi im sure there is someone out there who knows all things f4 so my question is i brought a 2000 f4 1+1 after a summers use i decided i didnt need the passenger seat so i brought a single seat unit. can i fit the unit to the 1+1 sub frame or do i also have to change the subframe

i know it will fit for an 05, i have a mono unit with a subframe that allows for pegs. Somone else here should have more experiance. It is easy enough to just pull the two pins and give it a test fit, might need to adjust the rear locking piece.

Yes mate a single seat unit fits straight on a 1+1 with no need to change the subframe etc. Seat pad and light all swap over.

I bought a carbon fibre unit from skidmarx [UK] some years ago for my 2001 750 & its still on there. Just remember you need the little rear pad to finish it off.

The only thing not inter changeable is the under trays. The solo model tray is slightly different and takes a bit of modding to fit properly. I bought a carbon item but altered it to suit okay.[ I could not find anyone at the time making carbon under trays for 1+1 models]

thankyou so much buddie i was really worried i would have to purchase a new subframe unfortunatly when i sold my 1+1 unit i sold all the fixings (very silly) so now i just need to source some more
