Ever wonder if CC hadn't bought the MV name?

Just found this baby....apologies if it's been shown before!

at least the red wheels look better than the crap colour they used for the first 3 or 4 years.

no matter what brand they called it, it would be a tamburini, which in itself means it's a 916 evolved and adapted to take a 4 cyl engine. wouldn't have been a ducati though, they sold that company in 96. and it certainly wouldn't have had the over the top hype if it was called a cagiva. it would have just been an expensive 4 cylinder 750 that got pasted by the next generation gsxr750 that came out in 2000. amazing the difference a name makes.

Good point, I wonder if anyone would buy a Rolls Royce if it had a BMW badge on it?
