A little MV help needed......

I took my F4 to what I was told a reputable mechanic to have a power commander removed. To make a long story short during the process the guy ended up breaking off a piece from the gas line from what I see. Now when I turn the ignition a small amount of gas spews out! I have attached 2 pictures, the first picture (in the hand) is the piece that he broke off. The second picture is where is broke off from (the white pice in the middle). If anyone has any idea whatsoever what this piece is called and where I might be able to locate it I will very grateful.

Thanks guys!

That is the electrical connector for your fuel injector. You need a new fuel injector, it can not be repaired.

Looks like you have a 1000?

You will be able to locate it at your dealer, but probably won't want to. It would cost you $400.

Send me a pm.

It is a time consuming job, but certainly not a hard job. On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being an oil change and 10 being an engine rebuild, it is a 3.

Wear surgical gloves when you do it. You will get dirt under your nails.

Shouldn't the "reputable mechanic" be doing this? Or would you rather that he never touch your bike again?
