Bike dead after battery disconnect?!!!

Well almost dead. All I get is the battery light and oil light on the dash. I installed a trickle charger plug and put everything back together. Went to start her back up and noda Is there a master kill switch that gets tripped if the battery is off line or something similar?

Thanks guys
Christian

I would have said "clam" or "cone" myself.

I got mine. Boy do I ever got mine.

Why do people say 'Tell it to the Maroons' anyway?

Oh yea, Thanks to all that have served to keep us free and safe in the world.

Man that was scary. This bike has not so much hiccuped let alone have a melt down. I was pacing in the garage like a quack surgeon. How hard could it be to hook up a battery tender? I just automatically assumed that after battery disconnect, there was some procedure to wake up the ECU or the bike went into 'accident' mode like my other MV (V-Rod).

It's an old Bugs Bunny cartoon quote.
