F4 1000r - Uk

Just wanted to ask a few things as I have started doing a few trackdays in the UK on my MV.

Anyone know a good place in the UK for GRP fairings? Would like one without the headlight if possible.

Also what have others tried for changes to front/rear suspension?
Have thought about SBK or Ohlins internals.

Does anyone also have a link for service and engine manuals for the R?

hi pot noodle i had my suspension worked on by MCT at stowmarket in suffolk. before he worked on the mv i felt my R1 was nicer to ride but since he worked his magic by just seting up the rear shock and rebuilding the forks altering the air gap, the preload inside, new springs and changing the oil weight i feel my bike handles brilliantly. it only cost me £220 ride in ride out. The only drama is finding a time he is available as he is a very busy man. He then sets it up for your weight and then you test ride it and if you are not happy he will alter it. Its much cheaper than a full revalve.

Thanks for that - have had setup done by Racelab which made a big difference - so will look at fork internals.
