Emoto - UK, are they still trading ?

I tried to order some oil, a filter and a filter tool last night. The order went through but the payment failed and just said contact emoto.

I sent them an email 24hrs ago, no reply and they never answer their phones or reply to their messages ?

Cheers
Adam

I've been emailing them since this last Friday without receiving a reply.

Hmm, just got a reply,

'We are waiting to hear back from the bank and we will contact you next week.'

Forget that,

Who else in the UK can I go to ?

Cheers

Because they are a site sponsor.

There have been one or two threads about emoto. Just do a search and you can read them.

It's all fairly recent, I'm not sure if it's confirmed yet.
I suppose if they've paid their fees they are entitled to have the advert displayed. There is a lot of discussion across this forum regarding emoto.

Well they are still emailing me to try and take my money...I'll have to keep an eye on the credit card and make sure they haven't.

In the past I purchased some carbon air tubes - I sent them back, they replaced them with more poor quality items, they went back again.

Their dzus fasteners were the same.

One thing I will say, I never had a problem with their customer service. They always phoned or emailed baok, delivery was fast and they had no problem with returns.

I thought I would be safe with some oil and a filter.

Nevermind........
