Tamburini #254's New Forever Home

I never thought I would be posting this but I finally own the one bike that has eluded me for over a decade. I am proud to say, that after an exhausting week and lengthy weekend bro trip, I have offically joined the MV Agusta family and plan to stay here until death do us part. I was lucky enough to find Tamburini #254 in stellar condition and at the perfect time for me to bring her home. Like pretty much all of us, I have wanted this bike since it was unveiled to the world in 2005. A photo of this confangled thing was my home computer's desktop background for over a decade. The bike is bone stock and needs to be serviced from sitting so long. It has 1400 miles on the odometer and doesn't have a scratch on it. I plan to have paint protection applied to the entire bike and I plan on riding the bike occassionaly so the world can see the unbelievable piece of art that Massimo Tamburini and MV Agusta created over a decade ago.

Congrats.

I am always astounded at stories of mint bikes coming into new ownership. Sometimes we stalk the classifieds for weeks/months on end; others are just a case of right place at the right time. Great pickup!

That 'question' could make a thread of it's own. Rather than hijack Chad's great news, I'll start one.
