Removing fairing and heat

Has anyone ridden the F4 without the fairing and, if so, how much cooler did it run? I want to ride in the summer but with temps being 95+ it's just too hot for the F4. I figured it would look like a streetfighter without the fairing.

No need to remove the fairings if you do Lee's fan fix.

With the lowers off, the upper will not have support at the trailing edge and it will rattle about a bit. Unless, of course, you use zip ties or some such alternative fasteners.
