OK but any aftermarket exhaust is going to look different, twin cans on the 916 (my other bike) never did it any harm and I haven't seen many Suzukis being mistaken for it? Looking for technical feedback really from anyone with direct experience of fitting or using them.

Ok, so NOW you are looking for technical feedback rather than the OPINION you requested in your OP.

FWIW, I didn't find those twin cans on the MIVV website. Yes, I actually went there to see what was available BEFORE posting the opinion originally requested.

Technically, if you simply do a twin can slip-on setup, it should be very similar to the Arrow twin can set-ups done on many MV Agusta F4s. Much less Suzuki-esque, more Ducati-esque.

It will be louder, it will run leaner.

The twin can Mivvs are all over a certain well known auction site...

https://www.ebay.com.au/sch/i.html?_...0&LH_PrefLoc=2

and the price is a lot keener than most.

I like the look of the Zard and the QD ones better but I just can't justify the $$$ for how often i ride my F4.

Pretty confident the Mivvs will sound nice and they'd have to breathe OK I'm sure.

Currently in the shed...

2007 F4 312R Black / White / Red.
2012 HD FXDWG 103 Blue Flames
2013 Ducati Diavel Very Black Metallic
1981 Triumph T140 Bonneville Maroon / Cream.
1973 Yamaha CT3 175 chook chaser

Yes for the money these seem OK and there is a video on Youtube, you can also take the baffles out. You can always spend more, but as with you I don't really ride enough. I can always revert to the stock pipes too I guess.
