Speedo working again!

Hi all,

I am now on my 3rd Speedo sensor since new. (BUMMER). But at least it only took me 30 mins to sort it.

I was riding to work up the back lanes due to the speedo being *inaccurate* seeing as it read 0mph

So she's good to go for next Saturday's overnighter to the TT

See you all there,

Hoppy

The bike wants me to miss the TT but I'm not going to let it!

Hi,
I had the same problem with my speedo today, jumping from the correct speed to ZERO! I was pushing hard today and the front wheel was off the ground quite a bit . Thought maybe something came loose at the back of the speedo. Where is the sensor located? Are they expensive and is it easily fixed?

It's located at the drive sprocket (engine). Nothing to do with your front wheel. Could be the reluctor loose on the transmission drive shaft and not the sensor at all.

I used to be fast....now I just dream about it.
