Consequences of riding without the EBS relay?

My 2006 1000S has a cooked EBS relay, and until I get a new one, what would be the consequences of riding with the cooked one/riding with it unplugged

It would run on 3 cylinders if you unplugged it.

You need to delete the ebs in the software and fit a bypass plug in place of the relay.

Anyhow, you would be better off without it on the 'S' with the 16m as the ecu is not man enough to control it properly.

In other words you need a new eprom...

Not from me today...

I have just spent 1/2 day re writing an F41000S eprom for use in an F4R that has a 16M ecu and complete wiring loom in place of it's original 5SM.

Purchase an ebs bypass plug and an eprom from Adam merc07 and you will have a different bike!
Smooth low down power, being able to blip at any rpm on down shifts, cooling fans set to kick in at lower temp.
Best mod ever on 1st gen 1000ís thank you Adam!
