After 40 000kms a new one!!

Hope I have done the right decision!

The new 312R is amazing to ride out in the country but a bit of a pig in the city traffic! Throttle is more on off than the 1000S!

A punch in the back is what I get for the extra hp!! Great!

Love the wheels, the sound and all the technology developments both seen and unseen within the motor etc!

Should keep me happy for another 4 years! or Till a new model comes out!

Me 2nd from right with some of the RAT group last Sunday! Triumph riders of Tasmania!

Lasst photo is Richmond Tas, where we meet last Sunday of the month and I ride with Italian Club - first Sunday of the month!

I've tried to update my registry BUT wont show up that I now have a 312R!!!!

Thanks for your post. I'm still undecided if I should wait for my F4S to get the new radiator or trade-in for a 312R. But, I wasn't sure if you were happy with the 312R or not. How do you like the 312's mid range compared to the F4S?

Allan the 312 is fantastic!! Nough said!!!

It has a issue of 'snatching' (don't know a better term) when you down change and roll to a stop it sounds as if the chain is jumping a cog or ???? Hopefully they will check it all out at the first service. throttle is a little on off also (a bit related to the snatching???) or grabby at slow speeds!

It is not an around town bike out on the roads it is simply magic! I thought the S was good I had altered the mufflers, removed cat and baffles and just loved it but the 312 is something else again!

The punch in the back when you wind it on is thrilling!!!!

Mid range is good so far... as I have only given it a squirt to 7 - 9 000rpm!!

Sometime I will see what it sounds like at 13 000!!!!!!!!!!!!
