F4 1000 wheels fit Ducati 1098 ?

I was wondering if wheels from my Ducati 1098s will fit my 05 F4 1000. Have not tried to fit them yet. I'm thinking of getting some 1098R wheels for my Ducati and was wondering if the forged Marchesinis on the 1098 will fit the MV.

I think you might be wrong on this one CAG, I believe the wheels would fit.

I thought Ducati wheels and MV wheels were different as I know all the Triumph boys fit the Ducati wheels with spacers but can't fit the MV rear wheel without hub etc

Ya know guys, I can settle this really simple. I'll just take one of the 1098 wheels and see if it fits up to the MV. Then we'll all know for sure. But as my luck goes it wont work.

just mix up a few packs of JB Weld and put that stuff all in between the hub and wheel....then let it sit for an hour or so...then write your will (don't give everything to the dog) and have a ride!!

If at first you don't succeed, use a hammer instead
