Has anybody had a problem that when you first start up you F4R when its below 45F that it dribbles some coolant out from the pump then its fine, but when its above 45F it doesn't do it, only a couple tablespoons

pressure test your coolant system.
it may be that the seals arn't closing up properly cause they become stiffer in the cold - same problem knocked a spaceship out of the sky - quick solution to that would be to tighten the hose clamps
does it leak at all when running hot (under pressure)?
