new stuff!

the recession is officially over in my house!

have the 3k tune up on my bike next week, and since the bike will be in the shop, i've bought:
mid-pipe
eprom
muzzy fans
heavier bar ends
water wetter

to be installed at the same time.

good times!

i'll let you guys know if there seems to be much differance in running temp around los angeles.

so update: runs about 10 degrees F cooler... which is great news!!

cools down quicker once cruising than before, and stays cooler at idling.

great mods, worth doing! in love with my bike all over again!!

have used wetter in the car, but have used 'engine ice' for all bikes in the past...Has anyone used either or both. What were your temp changes? The Ago tops out at 220s in city traffic

yeah, mine has been as high as 220--now, with all the changes--i don;t see anything higher than 210. also, i find that it cools very quickly. i mean, while at a stoplight the bike may warm up to over 200, but as soon as i leave the light it drops right away, much faster than before.
