Aftermarket exhaust options 09 1078 F4

A very early contact just to see if members can recommend a good aftermarket exhaust to boost the sound experience from the stock version of the 2009 F4 1078 312RR. Funds are limited as always but would be interested to see what experiences have been seen elsewhere? Hope you can help.

Bodis slip on. Beautiful sound and good weight reduction

Does it just need the slip on ends or does it require the whole system?

I have the full Bodis system on my 1078.
It is loud, expensive, light and beautifully made.
You can buy a slip-on or full system.
The full system requires a race ECU or equivalent.
If you are on a tight budget you may need to look at a secondhand cheaper system.

RG3 always good, but rare and expensive these days. MV Art is selling a brand new one over here.

What a beast of a motorcycle!
It growls and rages and flies across the tarmac like a wild animal that has escaped the confinement of a cage and after merely waiting restlessly until the release, will not endure being locked up ever again.

Does anyone know if Silmoto(r) still make slip ons or full systems for the earlier F4's and for that matter if there is anyone in Australia acting as a distributer.
I still think these are one of the nicest looking aftermarket systems for the earlier F4's.
They don't seem to have much info on their website Silmotor - terminali e scarichi per moto
Is anyone able to enlight us any further on this ?

Thumbs up ?

Chris;
You need to do some research......

1st you want to get rid of the Cat, on later 1st Gen bikes the pipes are welded together with slip on cans

I have the bodis slip on and still have the cat. Have a Microtec ECU and the bike runs like a sewing machine and is strong.

This is one of the few I found online. I went with a second hand set of RG3s.
