missing number plate from Senna

This has probably been discussed but I am not sure how to research the topic. If a Senna is missing the number plate on the top yoke is there a way to know which number it is by the serial number of the bike?

In some cases, certainly true with our Tamburini and F4CC, the last three digits of the VIN correlate to the bikes limited edition number. However, I believe that in some cases this does not apply. Other than that if the certificate of authenticity is unavailable then that that makes things much harder to verify.
It may be possible to contact the factory with the VIN and have them supply the limited edition number.

Yep.
The Senna 1000 was an example of the exception to the rule.
It was the precursor to the F4 1000R so I gather MV didn't allocate any specific or special frame numbers for the Senna. They would have just used the stock on hand intended for the F4 100R or 312R.

Best to query the factory for their records.....

I used to be fast....now I just dream about it.
