But it is an Augusta!! That is why it is so cheap!!

What a beast of a motorcycle!
It growls and rages and flies across the tarmac like a wild animal that has escaped the confinement of a cage and after merely waiting restlessly until the release, will not endure being locked up ever again.

I dont want to disrespect the seller, so treat what Im about to post with caution, but on the other hand I wouldnt want someone to buy a 'nero' only to find it might not be a nero. So there was indeed a matt black F4 1000 for sale at the Nerang dealer a few months back. Nice bike, excellent condition and top quality paint job looked factory. The salesman told me the shop had painted up the fairing like a Nero because the fairing was a bit scruffy whereas the rest of the bike was very nice. Now salesman arent always got their facts right, but this could be that bike. I beleive the Nero's were an australian special edition ordered by the aussie importer at the time. I think they had a plaque but not sure. So just do your research. Anyhow its a nice bike for $10k and even nicer if its actually a Nero, although as far as special editions go, its just a paint job for australia, not MV royalty.

Absolutely not! The nero which did not have that name is just a regular F4 1000 that was basically everywhere available.

Yes, as this article says. It's just a standard F4 1000 that has been painted matte black by the local importer. Although I guess having a plaque that says it's x out of 21 limited edition probably means something to someone.

If this is the bike for sale at Nerang dealer a few months back it had no plaque, that's how the conversation with the salesman started and why he told me about the paint job it had been given. That being said.... its a properly nice bike and they deffo used genuine decals and 10/10 for quality. Nice bike at 10k.
