Radiator.. Will 2008 312r rad fit 2005 f41000s

As the topic says, are the big radiators the same on a 2005 1000S as the 312r 2008, as mine is knackered and needs replacing, seen one on eBay, also would the 750 f4 radiator fit?
Thanks

Yes, the same...as the 312

Mine has split as well, I'm getting a new one, upper and lower built as one unit.

No point buying a new MV one as that will eventually break and a s/h one will end up the same but sooner !

Make sure the 750 one you buy is not from the early single radiator 750's, I've seen some of them on eBay.

It's a guy that a friend of chay250 knows, he builds rads for a living. He is doing alot of work for the NW200 at this moment.

We are supposed to be going up to see him sometime at the end of the month.

I'm not sure on the pricing yet but I think it was around the 800 mark +-, he did put up a post about it a few weeks back to see if anyone else was interested.

You guys have got some spare loot for sure..

For less $ Euros, you could upgrade to MY10 spec cooling system with an oe dedicated oil cooler...and the heavy heat exchanger and metal link pipe would be binned..

Your crank would be receiving oil which is cooled in the oil cooler and not cooled by hot coolant in the heat exchanger...That has to be good and it is the way Brutales are cooled and also MY 10 F4...

If you're going to spend time, effort and money here's an opportunity to make it really worthwhile.

Why would you need to use new when it is economical to employ good quality used parts from low miles bikes ?

No need what so ever, apart from the quality of an MV radiator - would need 2 lots of everything though.

Just wanted to see the costings vs getting one made up be it water/water or water/oil.

Febur water radiator 1250
H20 water/oil radiator 2000
Bespoke water or water oil 800 +-
MY10 new parts ???
MY10 from a scrapper ??
