How good was the 1078 312?

Hi there--i used to have a 312 2008 model and loved it. I have found a 1078 312 2009 with 16K miles on it and wante to get some feedback about that model. does anyone know if it has any inherent problems with reliability--does the slipper clucth work OK just riding around town etc? Any feedback is welcome as well as what market price is for this bike in mint condition.

thanks

F4 or B4 ?
Either is extremely powerful.
FWIW, a slipper clutch does nothing for just riding around town.

I have a 1078 F4 and love the bike. Would not have any other mass produced F4. It is powerful and raw and pure sex appeal. It has been very reliable and it sooo much fun to modify

It is VERY good. Mine is 100% Reliable. It's the beast so powerful. Sometimes too much to handle!
But it's not the bike to ride around town. It does not like it below 4000 rpm and it will get hot. The standard clutch is good, but not for fast take off. Then it's almost impossible to handle. I have the TSS in and then it works great.

What a beast of a motorcycle!
It growls and rages and flies across the tarmac like a wild animal that has escaped the confinement of a cage and after merely waiting restlessly until the release, will not endure being locked up ever again.
