2005 F41000S EBS Relay wiring. please help

HI I have been using a Microtec ECU and want to go back to my standard ECU but i used the plug from my EBS Relay for the bypass. I made a note of the wiring sequence but have misplaced it. So my EBS relay has no plug attached to it at the moment and i dont know what order the wires go. It is a 6 pin plug but only 5 pins are used and the other is blanked. I was hoping someone out there has a spare relay handy that they could check the wiring order for me and tell me what colour wire goes where including the blank so i can put my relay back together. Thank you for any help given.

Would it be possible for someone to please upload a couple pics of the back of the plug so I can put my EBS relay back together. Thank you, Russell.
