Quick Wheel Question..

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if you could tell me what colours the original ' Star ' design wheel came in?

I thought it was just silver and gunmetal.. but there seems to be some black wheels out there (although they could just be the gunmetal with poor lighting)

Thanks!

I've only seen two colors on the standard production bikes: Gunmetal, as you call it, and silver.

Orignal F4's and european '03 Brutales had "Anthracite" wheels, later all had the ubiquitous "silver".

The black wheels you've seen are either custom (there have been a few special re-paints), or on the new '08 Brutale S bikes (orange) and the new 989S.

Briefly. Made a quick pit stop on my way down from a ride through Payson.

Were you? Didn't see any notable bikes, 'cept a dealer's Benelli TNT and a Tricolore. Oh, and a nicley upgraded RC51, with sizable chicken strips.
