Its total crap. I'm sure you can get a good deal. I heard that 3x are itching for more sales! Are you tempted then?

In a fact a very good question that I still dont have the answer since Im in Europe.
I own two ducatis and Im willing to buy the third and MV 312 was my choice, unfortunately I also consider that 29.000,00 usd is too much for this bike...considering other options, but as always when it comes to MV is passion over reason!

Hell no. I wouldn't pay that in US currency. I think $29,900 is way too much. I believe you should try to get it down below $25,000.

21900 (euros) in Spain.

The current exchange rate to dollar USA is about 1.35, so near to 30.000 $USA could be correct.

No, but then it's all relative. I had to forget dollars while I was in London last week, otherwise I'd cry everytime i paid $40 for a meal, $5 for a Coke.

I read somewhere (can't remember where or I'd quote it) the 312 was supposed to sell for at or under 20,000 euros for eligibility for a certain race series (can't remember this, either.) This is about $28,000 USD, but I've seen them advertised for $25,999. That doesn't include setup, tax, license, or additional dealer markup. I bet the prices get pretty high in markets where they're hard to come by. Supply and demand.
