Am I an idiot?

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get my dash from Fahrenheit to Celsius. I try pushing the starter button while it's running but it just gives trip 1 trip 2 and the clock. It's a 2005 F4 1000s. And I don't have a manual for it. Can anyone help please?

It's worth repeating, ignorant means unlearned, idiot means you can't learn. You're not an idiot. Did you get an owners manual? It will be in there. Sorry, I'm drawing a blank but it's not hard.

When I got mine I put 1200 miles on it in 2.5 days. I couldn't figure out how to get from the clock to the odometer!

I think you must have to start at the beginning of a total process......
Repeatedly press engine start button until TOTAL mileage is displayed
Press set button, the speedometer unit starts blinking
Press start button to toggle between Km/h and Mph
Press set button to confirm
NOW....
Press the engine start button to toggle between 'C and 'F
Press set to confirm....BINGO!!!

Hope this helps as it's from '08 312r Manual

Steve

It's funny with a F4,by the time you do this from a cold start, the engine is almost overheating when it's all done.Especially if you muck up and have to do it twice.
