Extra Fan

I have taken CAGS advice and bought a 1098 Fan to fit to my F4

I'm hoping CAG will see this but before I start cutting shaping and generally messing about with Brackets

Anybody else done it and how did you make your brackets

I have finished it extra fan fitted.
I did not remove the radiator completely. I made a steel bracket to hold it at the top fastened to the upper radiator mounting bolt. (Replaced the bolt with a slightly longer one). Made analloy bracket to fit to the bolt where the small radiator fastens. Wired in a relay. I have a universal kill switch mounted on the left bar to operate it and another on the right bar to overide the other fans. The vars are PP Racing longer ones so plenty of room. It will be tested properly on Saturday 600 mile round trip to RNAS Yeovilton for an Air Show bound to get stuck in traffic getting in

Sounds good,I fitted a third fan,all was good until I fitted the full Bodis exhaust system and it melted the third fan in 30 seconds.

Hey, trickydicky, how was your weekend´s traffic jam with your 3rd fan? I´m curious if it worked any cooler.
Thanks
Ed
