Bike Stalls on Up shift

So I was riding around today and went to shift up from 3 to 4 gear and the bike died. It started right back so far no problems. ANybody else ever have this?

I'm having the exact opposite problem. bike stalls when I pull the clutch in to downshift. Doesn't do it all the time but it is pretty annoying.

common denominator?.....the clutch switch

also check the other 2 switches in the safety interlock system the neutral and side stand switches

I hate electrical shit......

my headlight blinks at low rpm......its not low voltage my $400 Fluke meter can't see one

now I'm seeing the high beam indicator light while riding......during the day, at night I'd see the light change....haven't noticed it
