F4 2013

hello
just gut a new 2013 F4 white .
when its time to change oil
i need your recommandations please

1. can i use Valvoline Full Syn 10w40 ? or semi syn 15-50 ?
these are the only grades i can find in my country.
any issues with over heating ?

2. what is the compatible oil filter i can use ? cross reference with yamaha or honda or maybe K&N ?

3. is it normal for the temp to be almost full way (1 or 2 bars left to reach top) ?

thanks a lot

Older F4īs had a tendency to overheat at low speeds. However, from 2010 onwards this is no longer the case.
The temperature reading in the instrument panel is usually 1-2 bars above the horizontal line. Should not go higher than this.

Welcome Maximum2

And the full synth 10w40 should normally be fine. I used motul with that grade and it was fine. Maybe the tech experts over here can say something about it. And otherwise you just have to order it...

What a beast of a motorcycle!
It growls and rages and flies across the tarmac like a wild animal that has escaped the confinement of a cage and after merely waiting restlessly until the release, will not endure being locked up ever again.

Skye I miss you. L'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux.
