thanks for the info guys, i have heard there was a thing from MV stating to run the oil level lower but could not find it on the net anywhere
today i started calling dealers, perth where not very helpful over the phone.... then i saw this, so i started ringing other dealers, and MV QLD (where i bought it) were very helpfull
they said as soon as i mentioned oil in the airbox that the oil level was to high..... this is a stupid problem but makes alot of sense..... when i first got the bike it would only do this after pulling a wheelie, and not every time.... now after the 6000k service in perth, it has started doing it at big rev's aswell.... the oil level is sitting on full, maybe a fraction high.... but is higher then when i first got the bike
so i will drain a little oil, to about half.... so that its still definately on the safe side.... i will try this before sending it to the dealer, as its very simple to test and makes sense (despite being a stupid problem) .... i'll clean the airbox first, if it works i will also fit an oil catch can which was my original plan
thanks for the imput guys, i thought there were others with the same problem... as soon as i get a resualt either way i'll post it here
