What's the new list price? Personally if the prices is only a couple of grand off the new price I would rather just get a new one and not deal with someone else's mistakes and lack of care.

The 2010's MSPR was $18,500. I think MV dropped the price of the 2013 to around $17,000 or $17,500.

Fortunately for me, I can just trade my MV in for $9000 and work some of that off via a discount on the Evora S. The $2K difference between $11 and $9 doesn't really mean much to me considering the hassles of a private sale.

Dunno. Love my cars but in comparison to a bike they just don't create the same thrill. To each their own though. Personally rather than loose almost 10K in depreciation and trade in value I would rather just keep the bike around for special occasions. If 2K is not a huge difference to you what about 9K?

Wink hassles?

Alan;
what hassles?

somebody hands you a wad of cash...
you sign the pink
you fill out the orange form and mail it to the DMV

thats the easy way;
i get the cash
i keep the pink
they get a registration signed on the back
i send the orange form

oh, i've had assholes try to fuck me.....

Your Honor;
'i owned it free and clear.....here's the pink'
'here is a Xerox of the back of the registration the new owner signed it on this date'
'the DMV was notified on this date, here is a Xerox of the orange form'

'that the new owner didn't register it or insure it is not my problem'

"have a nice day young man"
'thank you, your Honor'

Sold to Aric Stegen today. Aric, thanks for making the 1800 mile (24 hour) drive to Phoenix,AZ. It was great meeting you and your girlfriend. Hope you enjoy your sun tan and the bike. And, I hope you put more miles on it this year than I did in the past 2 1/2. The MV deserves to be ridden and not just hooked up to a battery tender in a garage.

But alas, my garage and heart feel a little empty tonight. This is my last picture taken at 2 a.m. Last night.
